Processing Times

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Processing times may vary during holidays, product launches, and periods of high order volume.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Made-to-Order & Custom Items

Some Aaleiz products, including custom artwork and made-to-order items, may require additional production time before shipment. Estimated production timelines will be provided when applicable.

Delays

While we strive to deliver orders promptly, Aaleiz is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at aaleiz.co@gmail.com and include photos of the damage.

If your package appears lost, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need further assistance, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
